We have recently been approved to offer this amazing presentation in the State of New Hampshire and I have completed several classes with local Realtors. They are LOVING this program!!
It is such a welcome departure from the dry topics they usually need to attend and the flow of the program allows great interactions to keep the audience engaged. I have heard time and again that the Realtors thought they knew all that they needed to about Staging but learned so much more from the class.
I have also found that it is a course that local sponsors are very excited to support and promote because they know they can get large numbers of Realtors in one place, at one time - a goal that many of us in the industry have. My local sponsors are renting big rooms, providing delicious food and are scheduling during times that they know the agents are more apt to attend. This has been such a great way to network and build my resource list.
Our goal in New Hampshire was to create a strong presence in the local Real Estate community. The first step was starting our Chapter last year and the 2nd step was to start educating the agents all over the state. WIth this program we have been able to continue growing our reputation and trust through the education & networking that this program sets into motion.
The icing on the cake with this whole process is that we are speaking in generalities and offering valuable information - not a sales pitch - yet we are gaining new clients. If you are looking for a way to get in front of Realtors - I highly recommend going through the process of becoming a RESA Instructor and start working with local sponsors to make this program happen in your area/state.

I think its good info. Just hard to present something that you did not create. Train the trainer is helpful to understand the thought process that went behind the order of the slides. It is never easy to present other's material - at least not for me. Working on finding my own rhythm with it.

I just presented to a small group of REA's the other day and had a very positive response from many of them. They found the content very interesting and helpful.
